These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, services, travel packages, and all bookings made through ThaiViet Holidays. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Acceptance

A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon:

  • Receipt of the required payment or deposit.
  • Written confirmation issued by ThaiViet Holidays.
  • Availability confirmation from relevant travel suppliers.

ThaiViet Holidays reserves the right to decline any booking request at its sole discretion.

2. Pricing

All package prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until full booking confirmation is completed.

Prices may vary due to:

  • Airline fare revisions
  • Currency fluctuations
  • Hotel rate changes
  • Government taxes and fees
  • Supplier surcharges

Any such increases occurring before final confirmation may be passed on to the traveler.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified:

  • A booking deposit may be required to secure reservations.
  • Full payment must be completed before travel commencement.
  • Failure to make payments within specified timelines may result in cancellation of services.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Approved Payment Gateways

Any applicable payment processing charges shall be borne by the traveler.

4. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents

Travelers are solely responsible for:

  • Possessing a valid passport
  • Obtaining required visas
  • Carrying necessary travel documents
  • Meeting destination entry requirements

Passport validity requirements may vary by destination.

ThaiViet Holidays may assist with visa-related services; however, visa approval remains solely at the discretion of the issuing authorities.

The Company shall not be held liable for:

  • Visa refusals
  • Immigration denials
  • Incomplete documentation
  • Entry restrictions imposed by governments

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

Travel insurance may provide protection against:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Trip cancellations
  • Lost baggage
  • Travel disruptions

ThaiViet Holidays shall not be responsible for losses that could have been covered under an appropriate travel insurance policy.

6. Changes by the Traveler

Any request for modification after booking confirmation shall be subject to:

  • Supplier approval
  • Availability
  • Applicable amendment charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Name changes
  • Date changes
  • Hotel modifications
  • Flight modifications
  • Itinerary revisions

7. Cancellations by the Traveler

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation charges may apply based on:

  • Airline policies
  • Hotel policies
  • Timing of cancellation

Certain bookings may be non-refundable.

Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed only after receipt from the relevant supplier.

Service charges, visa fees, insurance premiums, and convenience fees may remain non-refundable.

8. Changes or Cancellations by the Company

In rare circumstances, ThaiViet Holidays may need to:

  • Modify itineraries
  • Replace hotels
  • Change schedules
  • Cancel services

Such changes may occur due to operational requirements, supplier issues, weather conditions, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where possible, reasonable alternatives shall be offered.

9. Force Majeure

ThaiViet Holidays shall not be liable for delays, disruptions, cancellations, or losses resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Earthquakes
  • Pandemics
  • Epidemics
  • War
  • Civil unrest
  • Government actions
  • Airport closures
  • Airline disruptions
  • Extreme weather conditions

In such cases, refunds shall be subject to supplier policies.

10. Third-Party Suppliers

ThaiViet Holidays acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers, including:

  • Airlines
  • Hotels
  • Cruise operators
  • Transportation providers
  • Tour operators
  • Activity providers

Services provided by such suppliers are governed by their own terms and conditions.

ThaiViet Holidays shall not be liable for acts, omissions, negligence, delays, accidents, injuries, or service failures caused by third-party suppliers.

11. Health & Fitness to Travel

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel.

Any medical condition, dietary requirement, disability, or special need should be disclosed prior to booking.

ThaiViet Holidays reserves the right to refuse participation in activities where safety concerns exist.

12. Behavior of Travelers

Travelers are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully.

ThaiViet Holidays reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a traveler:

  • Engages in illegal activities
  • Causes disruption
  • Endangers others
  • Violates local laws
  • Damages property

Any resulting expenses shall be borne solely by the traveler.

13. Age-Restricted Experiences

Certain experiences may be subject to age restrictions.

For selected nightlife, entertainment, or adult-oriented experiences:

  • Minimum age requirements must be met.
  • Valid government-issued identification or passport may be required.
  • Entry remains subject to venue policies and local regulations.

ThaiViet Holidays cannot guarantee admission where venue requirements are not satisfied.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThaiViet Holidays shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Loss of life
  • Property loss
  • Theft
  • Travel delays
  • Flight disruptions
  • Missed connections
  • Supplier failures
  • Consequential or indirect damages

Travelers participate in activities at their own risk.

  • Branding
  • Text
  • Images
  • Graphics
  • Marketing materials
