Approved Gateways
International gateways for non-INR settlements and corporate billing.
Payment schedule
Booking Deposit
25%–50% of total package cost to confirm services. Required to lock hotels, flights, and cruises.
Interim Payments
Some itineraries (premium hotels, cruises, peak-season flights) require staged payments — communicated upfront.
Balance Payment
Must be cleared by the date in your booking confirmation — typically 14–30 days before travel.
On-trip Add-ons
Spas, extra excursions, and minibar are settled directly at the hotel or with the operator.

Security & currency
- •Card data is processed by PCI-compliant gateways — we never store full card numbers.
- •Invoices are issued in INR, USD, or THB depending on settlement currency.
- •FX conversion is at the gateway's prevailing rate; cross-border fees are at actuals.
- •For wire transfers, account details are shared on the official invoice only.
